NADRA enhances services in UAE to help Pakistani

Ambassador of Pakistan to UAE, Jamil Ahmed Khan met with Chairman NADRA here on Wednesday at Headquarters NADRA.

A statement said that the purpose of visit was to thank Chairman NADRA Ali Arshad Hakeem for setting up new consular section in UAE to facilitate overseas Pakistani community.
During the meeting several other issues related to Pakistani community were also discussed and both agreed to work closely for the betterment of the community.
As continuous efforts are being made by the Embassy in UAE, the enhanced facilities of NADRA were introduced to facilitate Pakistani community.
NADRA enhanced service structure would expedite the NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) issuance process and would help over 1.3 million Pakistani living in UAE.
NADRA has been vigorously working to solve the problems of Pakistani community living in UAE and facilitating to cater for their needs of registration. So far NADRA has issued about 399,445 (NICOP) to Pakistani citizens living in UAE’, Chairman NADRA Ali Arshad Hakeem informed at the meeting.
Ali Arshad Hakeem said NADRA Mobile registration units are also working in close collaboration with Pakistan embassy in UAE and facilitating people while induction of NADRA female staff and double shift duty have been very successful.
